Essential Oils were my entry to transformation. The tool that brought me back home to myself. That helped me on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
They helped me transform with my (previously very poor) immune system, which emotionally and energetically showed me where my poor boundaries lay and supported me to improve them.
They helped me with my poor gut health and energetically supported me through the processing of my emotions to help me achieve a calmer state in body and mind.
Most importantly they have assisted me with being more present and intentional in my life. To ground me daily into my body and support me in my daily rituals for mindset, wellbeing and living a life with purpose.
This is what I aim to share with you.
Daily Oil Routine
There are countless ways to include essential oils in your daily life. Here are a few of my favourite daily routines:
✓ If I wake up feeling a little groggy, I inhale wild orange for an energising aroma
✓ In the shower I use a little tea tree on my scalp to help my hair look fuller
✓ I use an essential oil infused soap to cleanse and smooth my skin
✓ Sometimes I add a couple of drops of eucalyptus to the base of my shower to invigorate my senses
as I prepare for the day
✓ I swallow a drop of frankincense oil for overall cellular health
✓ I wipe down my counters with lemon oil and white vinegar breathing in the clean fresh aroma as it goes around the room
✓ If I get into a 3:00 PM slump in the afternoon I add some peppermint to my water to wake myself up
✓ As I get ready for bed at night I apply a few drops of lavender in my diffuser or apply to the soles of my feet to create a relaxing experience that helps me drift off to sleep
